HORRIBLE RESTAURANT AND STAFF-STAY A WAY!!!!-My mome and I went to Chilli's off Glenwood ave in Raleigh today for lunch before we had to go back to work. We ordered our food from a ELF looking chick named Nicole. She litterally looks like one of Santa's Elves. She is like 4'2. I say this because we waited 30 minutes or more to get our lunch. It was ridiculous. She came by our table 15 into it and said..just a few minutes more and like 30 minutes later I complained to one of the waiters....like he cared either. They finally send some brown curly haired supposed manager to our table. I said what is taking so long. Well, apparently for some evil reason, Nicole did not even put in our order. I was just shocked and was very angry. It makes no sense at all. She is not a new waitress and has been there for a while. The manager said it was a mistake. Yeah right. Nicole had some weird issue with me because I'm attractive I feel. She did not know me. I was not rude to her. I was nice. We both were. What other reason could there be. I am african american but other black people were being fed so you tell me if it's not the green eyed monster. I asked for the managers manager which was a Chad Day. I won't hold my breath that he will help. Nicole should be fired. I was so embarrassed and confused as to why she promised us our food was coming when it never would. The order was never given to the kitchen. The restaurant was not packed at all. It was around 2pm, today, Aug 16th. I don't know what devil or entity possessed this nutty yound woman to do what she did. I hope they fire her but I know they won't. They will just continue loosing customers and wondering why Chill's don't grow. You could hire better waitresses that don't run your customers away. We did get our food free but after complaining we took it with us and never ate it. Too scared. Who knows what they did to it.

Worst food poisoning I've ever had in the U.S.. Without a doubt, I have to echo the majority of the reviewers here with regard to Chili's on Glenwood Avenue.

When I arrived, despite a number of better available seating locations, I was offered seating near the kitchen and the restrooms. The explanation offered by the hostess was that the Staff had yet to find time to clean a majority of the available tables in the restaurant.

After complaining about the seating arrangement, I was offered a booth in a better location. Before I was seated, I discovered that "cleaning the table" at the Glenwood Avenue Chili's consists of using a wet, dirty rag to smear food stains of unknown origin across the table.

Undaunted by the lack of cleanliness, I made the mistake of ordering nachos and a burger. Most restaurants can get a well-done burger right, but the Glenwood Avenue Chili's succeeded in giving me the 2nd worst case of food poisoning I've experienced in my entire life.

In a spare moment between munching rice cakes and taking medication, I thought I would write this review to spare other potential victims the inconvenience of paying to be poisoned.

Avoid this place like the plague!

worst Chile's in town. This place serves worst ribs among all chile's in area, owner should be ashame serving trash like that. Left over ribs time to time and save money? But you will lose customers fast...we drive to Kildarefarm Rd in Cary where it is always great.

Poor manager!!. Tanya is a rude manager. I came in looking for a part time and she had the worst attitude. She was rude and made it very clear that she was "in charge". Excuse me but I have a full time job, just wanted to make a few extra bucks. Its not that serious!! By the way, the place is a dump and the waiters all look like dirty bums.

Gross!!. Straight to the point...I ordered my food and was eating it and there was loooong hair in my food. I haven't eaten there since and don't plan on ever stepping my foot in the door. The manager offered me another dish. I refused. He didn't offer a discount on my bill or a coupon or anything. The bathroom was also a nasty mess! Never again...at least not this location on Glenwood Ave.!

YUCK!. I just moved here (Brier Creek) and thought that Chili's would be a safe bet for dining (always the same) Boy, was I wrong!! The food was terrible! They seated us by the kitchen and one of the servers dropped a tray right in front of us.. they got the mop to clean the food up and YUCK!!! The mop smelled disgusting...like a dirty wet sponge! I was actually about to be sick...literally gagging!! We requested to be moved, which they moved us. In the end we had a gross meal/don't get the Margaritas on sale...they taste like limeade and are gross...I like Chili's normally but this one was dirty, gross, and I will not dine here again! I can still smell that mop!!!! YUCK!

take out service was poor....to bad... Ordered take out service 2-5-07.. the place was empty and

I ordered steak and chicken combo for two plus and an order

of chips and fixings. When I got home (only live 5 minites away) the meat was cold the food was enough for

one, no chips or fixings all for 25.00 what a deal...

Called the manager she told me to that she would send me some coupons - will never go there again...
