Elvis said, "Don't Be Cruel". Savvi works hard to please.

I have never experienced better quality service and helpfulness from any company in the Triangle. I liked the fact that the owner stayed a bit late and did not try to rush me out the door, or rush me into a sale because it was closing time. I still made the wedding dress purchase a week later because of all the extra time and energy the owner spent helping me make a final non-rushed decision.
Best Dresses, Best Management, Best Value

When a business has to contact previous customers to say good things about them because hundreds of satisfied customers forget to write about how great their experience is, I feel bad. I definitely used Savvi and definitely would use them again, except I am not planning on getting married again since I did happen to agree to "death do us part". But I definitely have recommend them to friends who have gotten engaged, and also several neighbors who are getting married soon as well. I had no problems. I do agree that as a country we need to start thanking businesses more and complaining less.
BEST WEDDING DRESS SELECTION: BEST SERVICE

I am sooooo TIRED of complainers in this country. CitySearch has become the very first place a person goes when they don't have everything flawless. Instead of talking to the business, or the business owner, they come right to CitySearch and complain. The irony is that when they come and complain, they don't get their problem resolved, or don't get a solution.
I have had ZERO problems with Savvi, and not only did I use them for my wedding dresses, and bridesmaid gowns, 3 of my bridesmaids used them again for their wedding dresses, a year after I was married.
People on citysearch need to grow up and start acting like adults and stop complaining and EXAGGERATING.
worst customer service. great bridesmaid dresses.

My bridesmaids and flower girls picked out their dresses, were measured, and placed their orders well over 3 months prior to the wedding date. We were told that in order to guarantee the same dye lot (so that all dresses would be made from the same bolt of cloth), they would not be ordered until all girls had been measured. Long story short, the dresses trickled in one after the other starting 2 weeks before the wedding. The last 3 came in 5 days before the wedding. Talk about panic over getting alterations done!! While we understand that the dresses were custom made and coming from California, we received extremely poor customer service. Since the dresses were paid for in full up front, the store owner exhibited no concern whatsoever that our dresses may not make it in time for the wedding. She simply stated it was not her problem, that the dresses should have been ordered sooner. Clearly there is a gap in communication between her staff and their customers. We were assured at the time of purchase that 3 months was more than enough time for the dresses to come in--that the time line was anywhere from 6-12 weeks. The dresses were ordered 15 weeks prior to the wedding date. There was no indication or warning from the staff that we should have ordered sooner. I have never felt so insignificant as a consumer--if you are a bride, do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. You do not deserve to be treated like you don't matter.
What really gets me is that when we compared the dye lots after all the dresses finally came in, they were from 3 different dye lots--so the owner's reasoning behind the delay that they were all being cut from the same bolt of cloth was a total lie.
Great service!

I was very impressed by them on our first visit last summer when they very kindly and willingly measured my son for a tux, knowing we would be ordering it elsewhere for an out of town event and they wouldn't be making a dime from it. We promised to come back and when we did 8 months later, they actually remembered us. We used them for both Queen of Hearts and the Broughton Jr/Sr. They couldn't have been nicer and more patient in discussing styles with my teenage son. Great service, great selection, great prices....HIGHLY recommended!
