Great pharmacy, excellent staff. This Rite Aid is excellent compared to others. The pharmacy staff is excellent, especially Eric the pharmacist. He always goes the extra mile to assist you with any and all questions. The staff is friendly and the store is clean and well organized. I highly recommend them!

Unorganized Staff! Do not use them!!.
Rite Aid on Edwards Mill rd. used to be my pharmacy for convience, but I will NOT use them again. The communication between the staff members is SEVERLY poor and unorganized.
I needed a prescription that was not in stock and I was told they would order it. 3 days later, I called to see if it was in and no one knew what I was talking about. They said they would order it again and even talked to the manager! 4 days later I stopped by and they said it would be in the next day. I went in the next day (why I didn't say screw it by this time I have no idea) and they said it was never available to begin with!
I have switched to Harris Teeter on Edwards Mill and LOVE it!!
