A+++ The Original Mattress Factory Is The Best Place To Buy A Mattress. Recently I had the pleasure of purchasing a mattress from the OMF in Raleigh, NC. Low pressure, great prices and a great product. I enjoyed learning how the mattresses they sell are made. I will always return in the future when I am in need of another mattress. Thank you for taking so much time with me.

Run Away!!!. I bought a mattress from OMF 3 years ago in the Raleigh NC store. It was the queen size pillow top. Two weeks later after it arrived it had a sag. My husband flipped the matress to a different side. This should have been our first clue. It ended up with huge craters where we slept and a hump in the middle. This can not be considered "normal" wear. I ended up with lower back pain and I am looking for a new mattress. I would love to give it back to President Ron and let his wife sleep on it!!!. There is no excuse to sell such a bad product. I have a hard time beliving the other two positive reviews. They sounded fake. Please, as a mother of two and an honest citizen, do not waste your money. Good luck !!!!

Great Prices, Great Service. I bought my mattress here. It was a pleasure working with them. Their prices were great. Everyone was helpful. The wrote down my address wrong but the called my house and were there in a flash. The guys delivering my mattress were great. If I had more rooms I would buy more mattresses from here.

Original Mattress Factory Has Well Built Mattresses. Great service. Sales people very nice and not pushy at all. They make their own mattresses. We were happy to get a mattress you can flip. The no flip mattress that other stores push on you is a real scam - you only get padding on one side and it wears out twice as fast because you can't flip it. The mattesses at Original Mattress Factory have springs that are wired together and you can even watch them being made. They are made of galvanized steel unlike the Simmons Beauty Rest which wears out so quickly. Our chiropractor recommended this store, so when our Simmons Beauty Rest wore out after a couple years, we went to Original Mattress Factory to get a better mattress. Don't buy the Simmons Beauty Rest that other stores sell. It has "no motion" springs that are called no motion because they are separate but since they are only sewed together and not wired , they start to lean and separate after 1 or 2 years and large body indentations form that hurt your back. Never buy a Simmons Beauty Rest or a no flip mattress.
