Worst experience ever. Though the shoot itself was fun and very enjoyable, the rest was AWFUL. We waited half an hour to see the pictures after the shoot, before the extremely rude manager told us that we would have to come back the next day so they would have time to retouch the photos. We were going out of town the next day, so we asked to come back later that day, and she told us to come back at 7pm. We still ended up waiting almost an hour when we came back at 7pm and the photos weren't even edited or retouched! We picked out a few photos for prints and digital images and were told we would notified in 2 weeks when they were ready. After a month, we finally got a call. They had printed the wrong pictures and never made our cd of digital images. They have the worst customer service on the planet and are extraordinarily overpriced. DO NOT GO HERE.

I bought a mother-daughter special on Groupon (they also advertise on Living Social).

I was told that because of this coupon they would waive the sitting fee (which was the same amount and I already PAID for it). After the shoot we had to wait over an hour for the digital pictures to be ready. Then we had to choose which pictures we wanted (you can not choose the next day, you have to decide right there and then!). We were already wiped out but we had to go through nearly a hundred photos and decide which were the ones we wanted to keep. The "packages" turned out to be hugely expensive. I got the basic package, which is the lowest price, but it turned out there were more fees on top, so the whole thing amounted to $500+ for eight digital pictures.

They told me that the pictures would be ready in 4-6 weeks.

After over two months since no-one contacted me I called them. I was told that someone would call me back the next day. No-one did, so I called them again, and got the same answer. This happened three times. Finally the fourth time, when I told them that nobody calls me even when they say they would, finally they did call me back and told me that the pictures were ready. When I went to pick up the pictures, they weren't even ready! I ended up waiting 45 mins for eight overpriced pictures I could have easily gotten somewhere else. This entire process was unacceptable. I would not (and I will not) go to this company ever!

Not Worth It. Glamour Shots is too expensive for the product you receive and the time frame in which you receive it.

The photo shoot itself was pleasant. The makeup/hair artist and photographer were both nice and attentive. I enjoyed working with them (although I was nervous and not used to posing in sexy outfits in public). When I reviewed the photos with another associate, I was not pressured into buying any photos I didn't want and I was told upfront what the various packages would cost. After paying for the biggest package I could afford, I was given a disc of the slideshow and told that I would be contacted when the photos were available to pick up.

In the email I received from them and on their website, it states that the turnaround time for the photos are generally 2-3 weeks, but can take up to four. The photos were supposed to be an anniversary present for my boyfriend, so I made my appointment as early as I could, 3 weeks before the date. Then I waited and waited. And waited. They finally contacted me about the photos MORE than 4 weeks later! For a disc with 10 photos, one 10x10 framed photo, and a 8x10 calendar (one sheet), I had to wait MORE than 4 weeks. My anniversary came and went while I was still waiting for the photos that were supposed to be a present. I was very angry that it took longer than the maximum time frame that they had promised.

The photos came out nice and I was pleased with the quality. However, the whole "glamour touch" is not worth the cost to me and I feel the same quality of photos could be achieved by most any photographer/photoshop user. Knowing how much they charge, how long it takes to receive your product, and the quality of the photos, I would never return to Glamour Shots and feel like it was not worth the time/money spent.

Loved the Experience. I absolutely enjoyed my experience. My makeup was beautiful and I felt like a model. I loved the experience and would love to come back!

Highly Disappointed... High Price.. Poor Poor Quality. Order #13930. I went in to Glamour Shots on Glenwood Avenue (Crabtree Valley Mall) on August 13, 2008. Although I was treated graciously I did not receive the photograph I paid for. Instead I received a washed out version in which my eyebrows are almost non-existent (among other complaints). On the day I saw the final version, I clearly communicated to the staff I worked with that I was using this picture for professional reasons. It should come to no surprise that I was highly disappointed with the result. What's more, I was not offered an alternative.

I would like to note that I only purchased an electronic picture, paid over $175.00 for it and it does not even resemble me or the picture I agreed to purchase the previous week. Don?t get me wrong, I don?t mind the high price as long as it is accompanied by high quality and at a minimum a resemblance of me. This was not the case.

Again the staff was gracious throughout the process of the photo shoot and up until they received my money. However, in no way was I satisfied with the final product which is what I paid for. Needless to say I will not be using this picture on my business cards as it does not even resemble me and as a consequence will not be promoting Glamour shots to my heavy client load in RTP. Be assured that I will let my clients (and anyone who will listen) know of my unfair experience with this studio.
