Sorry service!. To start off, this review should not even have 1 star!!!! When I pulled up to this store's drive thru, I ordered the Double Down sandwich. They said it would be 6 minutes and asked if I wanted to wait. I said sure. I don't know why this food was not already done considering it was the lunch hour!!! I paid and got my drink, then they asked me to pull around to the front because it would be a few mins. I pulled around. I waited in my car for an additional 20 mins. I then went inside and spoke to the manager. I told her what was going on and asked for my money back. She took a deep sigh in frustration, then took her time getting my money. She told me I would have to pay for my drink since my straw was already in it. Yes, she did say that, no kidding. I asked if she was the "real" manager and she just looked at me. I then said "is this really the way you want to treat an unhappy customer". Her response was "yes, is there anything else". Long story short, I was there a total of 35 mins for a sandwich that I never got!!!!! I know KFC, in general, is slow. They always have been. However, this was ridiculous!!!! And the way the manager treated me was uncalled for and inexcusable!!! Needless to say, that was my last trip EVER to any KFC!!!
For more than 60 years, this all-American institution has been serving its signature chicken and home-style sides..
Established in 1939, this fast-food restaurant still makes its legendary fried chicken with the closely guarded blend of 11 herbs and spices originally created by founder Colonel Sanders. Modern additions to the menu include oven-roasted renditions of its chicken sandwiches, popcorn chicken, potato wedges and wraps. Classic sides include flaky, oversized biscuits, steaming-hot mashed potatoes and gravy, smoky-sweet baked beans and crisp, generously dressed coleslaw. Kids and adults love the "little bucket" parfaits of pudding desserts.
