horrible!!. this place is cheap,but thats about it..the landlord is downright rude and disrespectful..and the worst part is the apt i moved into has little mites that bite you when you sleep!! and the owner acts like he doesnt want to do anything about it i put in so many workorders just for them to be ignored and wen i FINALLY caught the landlord when he was in the ofc and told him face to face and he yelled at me and basically called me a liar!!! if you are interested in moving here...run while you can,believe me, its for your own good!!…

If I could give it less than one star, I would.. Jamestowne on the Creek has cheap rent, but that's about it. It lacks class, courtesy and any kind of professionalism. This particular complex is mostly for people who can't get an apartment anywhere else because of evictions and such.

There's so much more to say about this particular place, but my review would exceed the character limit. I would link my review from another site, but citysearch doesn't even allow you to post web addresses. Visit any similar site, however, and you'll mostly likely find a terribly negative review for this property.

Don't waste your time here unless you have no other choice.…

Almost the Worst in Raleigh. There are several pests that join you (uninvited) no matter how clean, how many times you spray, or debug your apartment, the poor maintenance turn around time at just a few issues to name. Please do not move here! The property manager is rude and unruly. The owners are oblivious and had a family evicted (because they complained about maintenence concerns three days before THANKSGIVING)! They are cruel.

Avoid at all costs…
