... â??same, great and friendly service experienceâ?? that I do!. I have been having this Precision Tune location service my car for about 2 or 3 years. They are always happy to assist me. Today, they really made my day because the day didn’t start out well at all. I drove to work (from Raleigh to Durham) and noticed that my car was smoking as soon as I pulled into the parking lot. I looked under my hood and noticed that antifreeze was everywhere. A few of my co-workers suggested that I take my car to an auto repair shop around the corner from work. After they diagnosed my car, they informed me that my total bill would cost over $600. While thinking whether I would have them fix my car, I decided to call Precision Tune. Russ, the manager, was very helpful. He provided me with a quote that would save me about $200, informed me that he would be able to contact a towing company for me if I wasn’t able to locate one, and guaranteed that my car would be ready when I came to pick it up after work. I was so excited and was able to finally smile again after being discouraged earlier in the day! When I informed the other repair shop that I was having my car towed, they did everything to deter me from doing that and then provided me with the same quote that I received from Precision Tune.

Long story short…I had my car towed to Precision Tune and when I called them on my way to pick up my car, they had already serviced my car. I hope everyone has the “same, great and friendly service experience” that I do! I would like to thank Russ and all of the auto repairman that assist me each and every visit!!

Precision tune New bern ave. I have been using this service since 2000. I am a home health nurse and i drive approx 100 miles a day or 32, 000 per year. I have gone through 3 cars since i started using preciswion tune on new bern ave. tHE work is superb and the staff always keeps me aware of what schedule maintenance i need. i FIND THIS A LOT CHEAPER THAN RUNNING TO THE D3EALER WHICH TURNS OUT TO BE COMPLETLY out of my way. Since using this service my cars all have run at their prime. The staff explains everything to you in a down to earth manner. I never feel that i am be talken over my head. The best time to go is around tuesday around 3 pm. There is not to many customers there and an oil change will take about 30 minutes. Only problem is the suits will no spring for a bigger lobby and a new location. I heard the store is the number 1 money maker in the system so they need to spring for a bigger store and bigger lobby. I am pleased with them And iI WILL CONTINUE TO to usr their service. When you go tell RUSTY the manager I sent you. It will get you real PROFESSIONAL SERVICE KIRK OUT
