My experience was great with Dr.Kiley and Amanda, with my consultation they were honest they didn’t sugar coat anything which allowed me to make an informed decision about the PRK procedure they are always available anytime I have a question or concern about my vision. They have been great!

Hi, my name is Ashley and I am 41 years old. I have worn glasses or contact lenses since I was 6 years old. Due to my extreme prescription and dependency on corrective lenses I was very apprehensive to even find out if I would be a candidate. This year I decided to bite the bullet and find out if I was a candidate for the LASIK procedure. A long time friend recommended Raleigh Eye Center and Dr. Kiley. Little did I know that would be the best decision I have ever made. Dr. Kiley and the staff at Raleigh Eye Center are wonderful, especially Amanda Carey. She is awesome. Amanda explained the procedure to me step by step from start to finish in a way that I understood exactly what was going to happen. Amanda let me know exactly what to expect and when to expect it before and after the procedure. Amanda also answered every question and concern that I had with the procedure as well as afterwards. After having the LASIK procedure I was could not believe at what I could see! The following morning after my procedure I was absolutely amazed, I could not believe my eyes! It was wonderful! I would like to personally thank Dr. Kiley, Amanda and the whole staff at Raleigh Eye Center for all their help! I will and have already recommended Raleigh Eye Center to everyone I know to see if they can help them SEE a whole new way of life! I wish I would have went there sooner!

I wore contacts and glasses for 7 years and quickly grew tired of my contacts lens scratching my eyes or drying out my eyes or getting headaches from wearing eye glasses so I took action and decided to get LASIK at the Raleigh Eye Center. Dr. Kiley did an amazing job; I JUST GOT THE LASIK PROCEDURE DONE YESTERDAY MORNING AND NOW I'M SEEING 20/20!!

There was NO PAIN AT ALL!

Before LASIK I was very near-sighted and couldn't see anything more than a couple of inches away from my face. Now this has all changed and I'm so glad I made this decision. Dr. Kiley is very kind and caring and he does his job extremely well. The staff is also very kind and caring and very helpful. They are very professional and at the same time they hold a very friendly and cheerful attitude and home-like atmosphere. They really make you feel comfortable and are genuinely concerned with how you're feeling. They are all diligent in their work and take their time with each and every patient. I've already recommended to my friends to go have a consultation at the Raleigh Eye Center for LASIK.

THANK YOU Dr. KILEY AND STAFF!! You did an AMAZING JOB!!! I'm so glad I went to see you and your staff at the Raleigh Eye Center!

Raleigh's #1 Lasik team. I am 21 years old and have been going to The Raleigh Eye Center since the age of 4. I just recently had Lasik done by Dr. Kiley, what an amazing and comforting experience it was! With the positive attitude and personal interactions with Dr. Kiley, Kelly and their assistants I was never unsure or worried about any of it. They are extremely professional and provide great customer service. I highly recommend to anyone if you are going to "look into" Lasik, The Raleigh Eye Center is the place to go! I have 20/20 vision now, after being nearly blind for 21 years it is a dream come true to see the world glasses free!!!

Best Place for LASIK!!. Dr. Kiley, Kelley and the rest of the LASIK team are dedicated to providing the best care to their patients. Having both worked for and been a patient of several of the local providers, I can attest that you will receive top notch care while at Raleigh Eye Center. They want to develop a relationship with their patients that does not end after the surgery, which is unique for most LASIK providers. I have been going to them for years and could not be happier. Give them a call. You will not be disappointed.

Nothing but awesome experiences!. I've been going to the Raleigh Eye Center for several years now, and have absolutely no complaints. I've seen a couple of their doctors for my regular exams for CL and glasses prescriptions, and 3 years ago I had Lasik done by Dr. Kiley. The whole experience was awesome and if I had to make the choice again, I wouldn't change a thing! My vision is still 20/20!

Great Experience. I choose Raleigh Eye Center in July to do my Lasik surgery. I made the choice because of recommendations from family who had very positive experience and the pricing of the surgery. I was immediately impressed by Kelly who made my appointment and did a majority of the initial consultation. She was very personalbe and knowledgeable. Dr. Kiley and his assistants are very professional. My surgery was very quick and I was amazed at how well I could see just a few minutes after my surgery. The follow up appointments were fairly quick and easy and I have 20/15 vision. Overall it was a wonderful experience.

STAY AWAY!!. You have been forwarned!! Unless you want to be upset all day, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I was told to show up 10 mins before appointment. So I showed up at 9:40am for a 9:50. AT 10:41am they called me up to check my insurance. Then at 11:00AM THEY SENT ME TO A DIFFERENT WAITING ROOM. Then at 11:20 they put me in an exam chair. Then at 11:40AM 2 HOURS LATER, the doctor saw me. He looked at my blood shot, PAINFUL eye for 15 seconds and wrote me a prescription for a steroid drop. I asked him to look inside the eye, as I have a history of interior eye lesions. 'Oh, I'm backed up and I havent taken lunch yet.' I SAT FOR 2 HOURS for 15 seconds of #*&$($. They told me I had to 'come back for that' and pay another $80 co-pay. And if I wanted a eyeglass perscription update, I needed to make a SEPARATE appointment for that too! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! IF YOU GO, DONT SAY YOU WEREN'T WARNED. Horrible experience. HORRIBLE.

I would like to have all the Doctors that work there sit in a room for two hours without pay, and be forced to pay me $200 each to have me look at them for 15 seconds. What a colossal waste of my TIME!!

Worst Experience with any Medial Doctors Office. Scheduled an appointment for a torn cornea.. extremely painful. Told to arrive 10 mins early for paperwork.. not sure why because they didn't call me for paperwork until 20 mins after my appointment time. Also noticed woman get into an arguement with a patient about how long they had been waiting.

Finally taken back after 45 minutes of waiting only to another waiting room! I then had to wait even longer in the doctors room.. I would say I total of 1.5 hours of waiting before I actually saw the doctor. He only spoke with my for a couple minutes, and brushed off the severity of my injury, which the Emergency Room at the hospital told me it was a severe corneal abrasion. He said I should be feeling back to normal the next day.

After two days of still being in pain I called the doctors office, only to not have anyone return my calls for over 24 hours. When I was finally able to speak with a nurse she told me I was "not in pain" and that I "didn't know what pain was if I hadn't had children." Rude and unprofessional!

Overall a horrible experience and the staff was extremely rude. I wish I could give zero stars. Take your business somewhere else!
