I had my car in last week to get some repairs done and, as usual, had a great experience! They fit me into the schedule for diagnostics and repair even though they were full and worked extremely hard to finish my car in one day so that I had it back for the weekend. Steven was my point of contact and he listened to my concerns and made sure that the truck was repaired correctly. You can probably find cheaper shops but I have used many places and I always come back to Creech b/c of the level of professionalism and proficiency they offer. Definitely recommend using Creech for all your auto repair needs, whether an import or domestic car or truck (like mine).

Honest, on time, on estimate. I took my car to Creech to have the brake pads replaced following a sound coming from a front wheel. I thought I would need the front and rear pads replaced, but they explained that I still had adequate rear pads to last another 5-10k miles. That level of honesty is unheard among car mechanics in my experience. Also, they said it would take 2 hours and it was ready earlier, another plus, and the final price was exactly as quoted (and reasonable compared to other estimates I received). I highly recommend Creech and will be going back for my next repair/maintenance.

Treated Like Family.... I won't take my family's vehicles anywhere else. It's like taking it to your next door neighbor when you need help the most. Love these guys and highly recommend them to anyone.

I've found my repair shop. Finally!. A friend recommend Creech Import Repair for my Honda. They did some minor service and repaired a performance problem I was having. I was sick of the dealers service and was looking for someone I could trust. My experience has been great and I would highly recommend Creech. They were alittle hard to fine the first time, but are less than a mile from the 440 beltline near Brentwood.

Professional, Customer Focused & Trustworthy. Creech has worked on my car(s) for several years and they are extremely competent, trustworthy and I have always been treated fairly. They call me with an estimate before doing any work and there has never been any surprises. They are honest and I always feel that they are looking after my vehicles as if they were their own! Great folks and I would recommend them without any reservations.

Best Mechanics in Raleigh!!!. I've been using Creech for 3 years now for basic maintenance of my car, oil change, tires, inspections etc.It was not until recently that I experienced recurring electrical issues with my car. Anyone has had had this issues will know that they are very hard and time consuming to diagnose if they have the "good" ones like I did. They were always willing to help with each visit, and were actually able to locate faulty work I received at a body shop a year ago. They are super honest, and as a woman with limited car knowledge I feel safe knowing my car is in good hands. I would recommend them hands down to anyone who wants quality work done by trained and proven excellent professionals. :)

Very Friendly Auto Repair Shop. I bought a car from a local dealer in town and after a week of owning this car I had issues with the Electronic Power Steering. The dealers warrantY services told me to take it to this garage because they honor their warranties. When this occurs you are usually sent to some crappy garage with poor service, and bad mechanics. But Creech was different, they are very friendly, very helpful and sensitive to your needs. They also have a very nice waiting room. They are also capable on working on new and advanced electronic systems on your car. What was unusual is that they call you! They actually call you to keep you updated on the status of your car. They even call you when they're finished so you can promptly pick it up. They replaced the parts in my steering column and replaced my intermediate steering rod (because it was making clunking noises everytime I steered). I saw the bill they were billing the warranty company and it was very reasonable. GOOD JOB!

GREAT AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR SHOP. It was my first time in Creech Import Repair and my 1st impression was good. Their lobby was better than most dealerships. When they called me to address my concerns they let me know what it would take it fix my vehicle. They also informed me of any other maintenance and repairs they saw on my car. I was told that everything did not have to be done at this time. I felt they were very honest and caring about me and my vehicle. I will be back to finish the repairs on this vehicle and had them to look at my other vehicles.

Highly recommend to all my friends and family. Extremely impressed with waiting area, staff and faciity. They are very honest, the waiting area and bathrooms were very clean. I felt like I was at home in my den while waiting for repairs.

Give them a try, you be glad you did.

BEST SHOP AROUND!. I WAS RECOMMENDED TO CREECH IMPORT REPAIR BY THOMPSON CAD. ISUZU,ON ARRIVAL I WAS PLEASED TO FIND THE CLEANEST,MOST PROFESSIONAL SHOP I HAVE EVER BEEN TO,THE DIAGNOSIS WAS FAST AND FAIR AND THE REPAIR WAS DONE AND HAS BEEN COMPLETED THE SAME DAY,EVERY ONE AT CREECH THAT I HAVE MET HAS BEEN GREAT, I AM NEVER WORRIED ABOUT BEING TAKEN WHEN DROPPING OF MY CAR IN CREECH'S HANDS. I RATE THEM AT A A +++ AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM IF YOU ARE TIRED OF DEALING WITH UNPROFESSIONAL SHOPS THAT ROB YOU. TRY THEM, FOR YOURSELF I KNOW YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT!
