Ferdi is the BEST.
I just love the job Ferdi and Joe did in our home. We were so disappointed in our previous carpet cleaners that we delayed getting our carpets cleaned for a very long time. GOTTA SAY. I have found my carpet cleaning method. Vance & Tia came on a Saturday and did my house. They where very professional and worked quickly. This company has great customer service. I would highly recommend Carpet Drycean to my friends.

WONDERFUL!!!!! My carpet is new again!!!.
If you are in any doubt...don't be. My carpet was hiddeous. Now it is beautiful and looks NEW!!!!

No more pet hair, fresh and clean smell. Vance did an incredible job! The carpet in our rental townhouse is old, old berber carpet and the previous tenant was a heavy smoker. With the addition of two cats, i thought we would never be able to walk around barefoot AND get the smell out. Vance explained the benefits that the drycleaning process has over regular steam cleaning on berber carpet since the carpet is more dense and absorps water more rapidly than regular woven-type carpet. We now have no trace of pet hair OR stale cigarette smoke and all old stains were removed. I will never have my carpet steam cleaned again!!!! Dryclean is definitely the way to go!

Fabulous jobs, beautiful clean carpet.
Victor and his crew were on time, friendly and professional. They demonstrated the system to me and answered questions and then they went to work. There was no big sales push like you get with some carpet cleaners.
The carpets look the way they did when they were brand new and I love not having to worry about drying time. The crew was also quick--they got the job done in a little under 3 hours and they did two floors for me.

Great JOB!. Vance did a wonderful job. He explained the product, showed me a sample and did a very thorough job. My carpets look bright again and there was no dry time. Vance was very professional and friendly, like having an old friend in my home.

Excellent Service - Super Nice Crew. Carlo and crew did a fantastic job on our carpets. They cleaned our family room, main stairway, and upstairs living area (4 bedrooms, office, main hallways) in under three hours. They were extremely professional, amazingly unobtrusive, and very, very personable. They explained the cleaning process and performed a walk-thru of our carpets prior to the start of cleaning. I was able to ask questions, and point out stains/heavy traffic areas, etc., with them before they began. The end result is that our carpets look wonderful, we were able to walk on them immediately, and the overall cost of service was very fair. I will definitely be recommending Carpet Dryclean, and will absolutely use them again in the future.

Going the 2nd mile!. I had my carpets done last week. They're older carpets and have some heavy use traffic patterns. Within a couple of days the worn areas reverted back to before the cleaning. I thought, "Oh, well, I guess they're just too old to look clean." A day or so later, Earl called to ask how I'd liked the job. I mentioned the traffic patterns and he insisted that he come out and, not only take a look, but re-clean those areas if necessary. He did re-clean the areas and as of now, those areas look great! They just needed a little extra TLC. I so appreciate his going the extra mile by coming back!
