Carpet Dry Clean is great to work with. I have used them 4 times now. Each time, the service has been great. I thought my carpet was ruined in a house we are selling. They cleaned it once, and the stains did not come out. When I said I was not satisfied, one of the company owners came out to my house twice to restore the carpet. They left in the cleaner overnight with some additives on the bad stains and the carpet looks great now. They actually lived up to a satisfaction guarantee, going way above and beyond what I thought they were required to do. I will be using their services whenever I need to have the carpets cleaned. they did such a poor job cleaning my carpets, i had to call neighborhood carpet cleaners to redo the mess. they did a better cleaning for us.

Question, how can this company have
2340 reviews and most are good?? This cannot be possible, most must be fakes because Carpet Dry Clean is a rip off.
They should be ashamed of the poor condition they left my carpets in. I paid a lot of money and my carpets look just as bad as when they arrived. Warning --- Do not use this Company

HORRIBLE NO WAY THEY HAVE ALL THESE GOOD REVIEWS. Over 2,000 reviews seriously? - misleading! this is a franchise people!!! Not local reviews!!! He did a horrible job on my rugs. I will not recommend them. They should spend more time figuring out how to clean carpet and less time writing their own reviews burying the bad ones. Who is buying that bull? One review says they mistakenly called Carpet Dryclean instead of No Rez.. Move on people call No Rez for your cleaning. I checked and majority of this companies 2,000 reviews are from another state and the reviewers from for this location have only made one review total ever and you guessed it it was on this company. Miquel is writing his own reviews mention competitors Don't buy it people. I bet they are written bad reviews on their competitors pages like they claim in one of these bad reviews. People are getting wise to this stuff. Google needs to investigate these review. I think I'll let the folks at No Rez & Google know my findings. They have deeper pockets than Carpet Dryclean. I'm certain they can defend their self. I'll never do dry cleaning again. you did a horrible job on my carpet!

Awesome service and results!. Called on Monday. Lance came out on Tuesday morning. He explained the process and showed me a sample of how the process worked by doing a small section of the carpet. If I wasn't happy he said I was under no obligation. Well, carpet looked great and we had the entire upstairs done and were very satisified. I would use this service again and recommend to anyone. I had actually called this company by mistake, as I had meant to call No Rez, and am glad that I made the mistake.

Many thanks for a Great Service. Elmer and Ramon were actually able to come earlier - great for my schedule and nice that they called. As in the past 10+ years that I have been using Carpet Dryclean, the carpet was spectacular. They were efficient, neat, and the results are great. I will continue to use Carpet Dryclean!! These guys are the best. These guys are the best. Carlo and Frankie showed up on time; super courteous and professional. Also very knowledgeable and straightforward about what they could and could not do. We had a couple of bad stains that they worked on and got them up, even though I wasn't expecting it. The process is great also. No drying time. Can't say enough about this company and their personnel, Carlo and Frankie. Thank you gentlemen very much!

As always great service. As always, Victor and his team were prompt (in fact they came early, after calling first to make sure it was okay), professional, and did a super job on our carpets. It's nice that they can do an area rug right on the wood floor, since there's no water used. No wet carpets! Carpet Dry Clean is the best!!

Overrated. I thought for sure that, given all the good reviews, that this would be a good experience. I was sadly mistaken. What a joke. The guys come in and sprinkle some white sh!t on the carpet, rake it a little, vacuum, and leave. They didn't move any furniture like was advertised. For the very few soiled spots on my carpet, they said it would disappear in a day or two. They didn't... of course. I shouldn't have fallen for that nonsense. On top of that, it cost me over $600 for 4 bedrooms, a bonus room, and a couple rugs. I'm disappointed but go ahead and follow the masses.

Our technicians do not use a rake. We use a counter-rotating brush to provide a deep down brush scrub. We always move small furniture(tables, chairs, end-tables, sofas, etc...) unless the client requests otherwise. We also looked back 60 days in our database, and found only a few clients for whom we cleaned in the $600 to $700 range, and we called them, and confirmed that they were very satisfied with their carpet cleaning. We always perform a follow up call with our customers to find out their level of satisfaction. Kevv, if you are indeed a client of ours, please call us so that we may resolve this issue.
