I left a Cleaner World after many years to come to Brothers and I am very happy with the service I have received. I have even gotten family members to use Brothers.

Very Expensive

There is a reason they can afford free pickup and delivery of items. It's definitely not "free".

not great with custom bedding

they lost my clothes.Then I had a shrunken bedspread. I am so upset and they say it was not their fault. I think they should call a customes if they think there will be a problem with difficult fabric, which mine was not!
