BEWARE. Rented for a few years from them and were very good tenants, never called for any complaints, payed rent on time every month. As soon as we turned in our notice, they send a letter saying we were responsible for the month after as well. Before we did anything, I checked the fine print, and sure enough, they had HAND WRITTEN in a change in the lease agreement. Don't rent from this company if you can help it, they are not very helpful and take their sweet time with everything.
