In Short – For those who prefer their hats by Stetson and their beer by Budweiser, this spot is perfect. It is known for rough ridin', boot scootin' country on its humongous wooden dance floor that features two bars in the corners. But, you get more than the top country acts touring the nation at this giant joint. There's also a cavernous dance space where DJs spin the latest hits and another huge room with electronic dance-disco tunes.

True, this place has been closed for a while. But it's the only place in Raleigh that has a big enough dance floor that you don't feel like a ping pong ball on it. I'm looking forward to it reopening.
