i give up

cannot tell you how many times I've met people here - for business or just social - simply b/c it was a convenient location. I didn't mind that the food was blah. But when I left 3 messages for the manager to contact me about a complaint I had, and never heard a response, that's where I draw the line. Applebees and Pronto Pasta are just as conveniently located, so I won't ever be back at Courtneys. You are history for this guy!

POOR, POOR SERVICE

We visited Courtneys after church and were greeted comfortably by hostess. But, when the hostess returned with our drink order, my coffee cup had a dark, red lipstick stain which was not mine. A new cup was returned without a problem.. Our true problem was with the waitress and our order. For certain, i ordered a pancake w/pecans but she returned with a Belgian waffle. We discussed that the order was wrong, but i was very hungry, wanted to eat with my husband and agreed to just eat the waffle. The bill returned with the waffle vs. pancake price and the manager refused to change it!! He took the side of the waitress without even considering she was wrong and put our order in correctly. We went back and forth with the manager with no avail, not even changing in the name of "providing quality customer service". Just poor service, poor food, poor management!! And this was our second chance with Courtneys - after a hair in food concern and the management did nothing. So now we are DONE, vowing to never return and from the other reviews, we are making a great decision!

Raleigh's Best Breakfast

My wife and I look forward to our infrequent visits to Courtney's. Distance and time limit our opportuity to have Breakfast there as often as we would like. We have always found the food to be excellent, the price reasonable and good service. We have and would highly recommend Courtney"s to our family and friends.

Good Food

I've been here for lunch several times. The food is generally pretty good, the prices unimpressive, and the service usually okay. The reason I don't recommend this place is that I've gotten a sandwich that was missing bacon and a breakfast meal where the "side of fruit" consisted of an orange slice. When I questioned the waitress, she just said, "Yeah, that's fruit."

Great Breakfast!!!!

I think the food was delicious! Loved the waffles with the hot syrup.

Lots of food for the money and reasonably priced.

Also, the waitress, Ashley was very friendly.

I will be back for more.
