Cheng Alterations

SHE IS AWFUL. My parents traveled almost two hours to go to her after I read the reviews. I regret that I took my parents there. She was rude; she acted as if we were bothering her. She offered no helpful opinions. It was clear that she did not want to help. Something is wrong with her.

I believe that the good reviews are from older customers of a certain hue whom she probably bends backwards to help and show every ounce of respect towards.

She was terrible. Horrible. We took our business elsewhere.

Judy Cheng is the best!. Judy is a pleasant person who makes every effort to satisfy her customers, many of whom have been coming to her for years! That says a lot to me as a consumer! She is reliable, does good work and is honest; rather than "take your money" for something that she feels can't be altered or fixed, she will tell you not to bother or to take the item back to the store!…

Best Alterations Place!. Cheng's Alterations is the best place to go to for alterations. They are super duper nice, thorough, goes the extra mile to make sure you get what you want done and doesn't try to rip you off. I definitely recommend this alterations place. I was recommended by JCP men's dept. because my husband needed alterations on his suit and tux. They did such a professional job that we went back with regular clothes and we remain customers to this day! :)…

Untrustworthy. I contacted Cheng Alterations after seeing the wonderful reviews that she had. She informed me that she no longer worked on wedding dresses due to some problems with her hands. She then recommended Lam's Tailor and Alterations and claimed that she guaranteed that their work was as good as hers. This was a lie. I have had nothing but bad experiences with this tailor and therefore no longer trust Cheng's either.…
