HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!. I also love Red Lobster but we had such a horrible experience going to this location...the waitress got upset at us because we let them know the appetizer they brought us wasn't the one we asked for. Then, the whole time we were eating she never approached us to ask if we were doing ok, she just brought us drink ONCE. After eating, we literally had to ask another person to bring us the check. We felt as if they were ignoring us on purpose. I never felt like this in ANY restaurant! very rude and WORST customer service EVER! don't go there!!
Horrible Service!. My husband loves the Red Lobster chain and I do too, but this particular Red Lobster has lost our business. We went into the restaurant to be seated (went up to the podium) and exactly three employees where there and did not acknowledge our presence (though they certainly saw us standing there waiting to be seated). I completely understand being busy, but not even telling us "we will be right with you" or any other comment is unacceptable. We ended up leaving 5 minutes later without saying a word to them since obviously they don't need business...so I guess with their attitudes towards the customer. I would NOT recommend this Red Lobster, but still would go to any other in the chain.
Casual crustacean-inspired chain serves up diet-defying seafood dishes in a family-friendly environment..
In Short
Live lobsters wriggle in a tank inside this seafood emporium, where nautical-patterned booths and colorful, fish-shaped tables in the bar area add subdued touches of whimsy to the room's classy dark wood accents. The menu can be downright decadent, with starters of artichoke lobster dip, seafood fondue, and crab-stuffed mushrooms. Entrees feature lighter, grilled fare like mahi-mahi and North Atlantic sea scallops, along with signature lobster dishes, snow crab legs, and jumbo fried shrimp platters.
Great Experience. I was there on Tuesday 4/8 for lunch and the service was outstanding. We never had to ask for drink refills or anything else for that matter. The server was on top of everything. The food was great and the biscuits really make the meal. I also noticed that the sanitation score is now a 99.5. That is much more what I would expect from a Red Lobster.
87 sanatation grade.
Red Lobster is a good chain restaurant, and the servers do a good job here. I really like this Red Lobster but something is wrong in the management when they don't pay attention to the details.
If Red Lobster continues this way, they will get nasty like the Pizza Huts did.
Established Chain continues to shine!. We dine here twice a month or more and love it. I recommend going early because it gets really crowded. Service has been good and not-so-good, but lately 99%great! Prices are reasonable and the orders are always correct & hot! My only complaint would be that in the 23 years I've been going, they've never updated the decor....
worthy standard. While some may be looking for trendy ambience (and paying for it) this national chain standard delivered very nicely for our family on a late lunch /early dinner outing. It was during "lobsterfest" so the lobster bisque soup was very good. All in all good food , good service, and good value, and an enjoyable experience. All without pretence, and attitude.
