Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I was angry and they made it better. I got into a car accident that was not my fault. Needless to say that this experience with insurance companies and the outlay of my cash for an issue which was not my fault came to a boil when I returned my rental car and was informed I owed almost $500 for the insurance I received on the car. Oh did I fail to mention that I am in the middle of moving and a day before the 'Super Moon"... aside from the full moon...I was a little aggressive and the manager came by while I was venting to the sales associate was trying to figure out the issues at hand. I needed her to fire back at me a lil bit as I was an idiot not venting at the person, but at the entire situation and the costs that have been accruing in many ways all due to a texting driver who hit me from behind while I was stopped at a red light. Anyway, this office acted professionally and I did not and I want them to know I am sorry... Good job in handling an angry but repentant client.…
