Raleigh >Taco Bell
Budget-minded families and travelers make a run for America's leading taco chain..
A pink and blue color scheme, white tile floors and hacienda-like arched windows combine for a subtle Southwestern motif at this fast-food chain. Founded in Southern California in 1962 by Glen Bell (who invented the pre-fab hard taco shell), this casual order-at-the-counter Mexican restaurant features classics like tacos, nachos, quesadillas and burritos. In recent years, menu offerings have expanded to include specialty items like gorditas, chalupas and cinnamon twists.
Awful customer service, food always wrong/stale.. This is a KFC Taco Bell. I've gone here about 6 times in the last 4 months, and every single time, they mess something up. Everyone is rude and the place is a mess. The managers are very unfriendly and unhelpful. Go the 5 extra miles to the Taco Bell on Strickland. It's worth the drive.
Long Wait, Nice customer service. I go to this taco bell often. Both times I went inside the lady that works at the cash register has been nothing but pleasant and willing to make you happy. I left very satisfied. The other 2 times I went through the drive-thru and waited 15 minutes to get my food, the line was barely moving and there was no way to get out of the line. My suggestion would be going inside!
