I have been going to Jill’s Beach for
about 2 years now and I have had nothing but the best experience with them. It’s clean and the staff has always been inviting and polite. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

The ads say NO CONTRACT. I guess I'd been going so very long that I wasn't grandfathered into the newer No Contract days. When I called to cancel my account, I was told I had to come in and SIGN the cancellation IN PERSON. When I explained I'd just had wrist surgery for 4 broken bones (And had a broken tail-bone) and could not drive it was suggested to me that I ask someone to bring me or get a taxi. There was an argument regarding FREEZING my account. Evidently, you can't just freeze until further notice, your account is drafted $5 a month, and you must call in every month or they revert your account to full active status. I had been a customer to the tune of almost $60 a month for YEARS. After I moved further away, I still continued to go there, just not as often. I might not have gone at ALL during the winter months, but for many years, never froze or cancelled, so they made money on me hand over fist. I expected to be treated better. For the OLD days, I'll average 2 stars, cause today I'd give them zero.
