not very service oriented. They do not follow their lease agreements. We were told as stated in our lease agreement that if we found any insects within the first two weeks that they would provide a monthly exterminator. We saw insects in our refrigerator and reported, an exterminator came once in the beginning and not since and we have now lived their almost two years. Our back deck was falling off the foundation (despite what they said, I had two contractors come out and reiterate my thoughts on it). They have not repaired the ceiling in our laundry room nor have they fixed the gutters which were promised over a year ago. Recently we had tried to get some stuff installed and were told they do not allow stuff to be on the roofs. The one and only reason I would recommend this company would be for their low rent. That's all.
