Love It!. I was a bit apprehensive about having permanent make up but Heidi's excellent bedside manner made the entire process as relaxing as it could be. Her attention to detail and unfaltering focus made me feel at ease as she was working. I found the eyebrows to be relatively painless while the eyeliner was a bit more uncomfortable for me, although this likely depends on the person.

For the results - I could not be more pleased. My eyebrows are naturally sparce so this is an amazing solution for me. The eyeliner is just spoiling to be honest. It really took a few weeks to get used to eliminating putting on my eyeliner and eyebrow from my morning routine. It is amazing to look like you have make up on no matter the time! A huge boost in confidence allows me to walk around without makeup when walking my dog, running to the store or working out at the gym. For me this has been such a freeing experience and not to mention all of my girlfriends are asking me how I got my makeup so perfect. Sometimes I take all the credit - thanks again, Heidi!

Loving the new my new look. I tell you from the moment I spoke with Heidi I felt comfortable with her. The consultation was very detailed and knowing her professional background, I knew she was the best for me.

Each morning I awake, I look forward to seeing my wonderful natural looking eyebrows.

I have had so many nice comments regarding my new look. If I had to do it again I would with no regrets for sure.

Gorgeous results on permanent makeup. I cannot say enough about how great Heidi Lassiter did with my permanent makeup. I'm one of those people who do a lot of research and comparison when making a decision and I am extremely happy with decision to use Heidi Lassiter Permanent Cosmetics. My results are fabulous! Heidi is very professional, easy to talk to and she listens. She spends the time with you to understand exactly what you want and is very good at what she does. I was worried it might be painful but it didn't hurt. Now that I have permanent cosmetics I'm spending less money on makeup, getting ready to leave the house so much faster, and have even gotten to the end of the day and remembered that I haven't even looked in a mirror to check or reapply my makeup. She did my eyeliner and lips and I went back later for my brows. If I had the chance to do it over again, I would do it again and but only sooner!

Years of satisfied results!!!. Heidi has done my permanent eye liner & eyebrows for many years & I have always been extremely pleased with the final results. I have referred many friends & family which have all been excited with the results. With Heidi's nursing experience, personal referrals & the clean professional office made my 1st visit very comfortable & confirming I had made the right decision. She was very concerned that I did not feel any pain & was very patient in getting every stroke perfect! Heidi is the BEST!!!! Jennifer

Sorry, Not So Good!. I went to Heidi last spring when she was at the Museum Spa. I have assymetrical eyebrows, and i wanted my lower brow to match my higher brow. She had a good plan to tattoo only 1/2 of my "lower" brow higher BUT the color ink she chose turned RUST colored on my eyebrow skin. I specifically asked for my brows to be ASH. I had even brought my Shiseido brow pencil to give her an idea of the color I wanted. BUT, since my hair on my head is a very warm brown, I guess she thought they (brows) should match. It looked ridiculous--this 1/2 rust colored eyebrow. But somehow, using Obagi and Retin A, I managed to exfoliate the color off. What a waste of time and $$$.

Highly recommended permanent make-up artist!. I had my eyebrows tattooed by Heidi. They turned out perfect. She was very friendly and very patient with all my questions. There was no pain at all. I would highly recommend her for permanent make-up procedures. She's great!

Great results; extremely professional!. I had permanent eyeliner done on my upper eyelids approximately 2 1/2 years ago. Heidi was very professional and honest (telling me the pros and cons honestly; she did NOT tell me what I wanted to hear!). The results are great; with or without makeup and have barely faded with time. She came highly recommended by several area dermatologists and plastic surgeons, which meant a lot to me, being an RN. myself. Oh, did I mention that Heidi is an RN? There are a lot of "permanent makeup artists" around and I have seen some very scary results. Go to a professional, please! Heidi also did eyeliner on a friend of mine (an RN, too); and my friend is also thrilled with her results. If my eyeliner ever wears off, I will be back to see Heidi! Thanks a million!
