The Customer is always wrong!.
Summary: Old beer, wrong beer and surly service.
I've gone there to get kegs. Once they did not have the keg I had reserved and they told me to look around for another one. Another time they gave me a 60 minute IPA when I had reserved a 90 minute. "It is the same." Actually no!
The last straw was when I reserved a Endo India IPA. The cap on the keg said "Endo IPA" It did not taste like an IPA. Turns out a small label on the side said Nut Brown and there was a born on date that about 16 months earlier. Yuck!
Complete lack of customer service. I had a horrible experience after being a repeat customer for quite some time. They sold me a defective keg, which will ruin any Friday night (second one in the last 2 months by the way). After troubleshooting my setup, cleaning my lines, changing my CO2, etc, , I brought it back the following week. They verified that there was a busted lining, agreed it was defective, and then rudely refused to take it back or trade it in. To a client that purchased 31 kegs in the last calendar year. I will go the extra mile to make sure I deal with a store that cares enough to take care of what should be a valued customer.
Great variety of beer and wine; prices are lower than most places. Nearly every beer/wine (including imports) is available here! If it isn't, just ask the manager because he will happily put in a request for you (& even call you when it comes in!) Staff is very polite and friendly!
