We put up 12 of my daughter's college friends for her graduation party, and received excellent service. One of the girl's rooms smelled of cigarette smoke, and they took care of the matter in 5 minutes. Clean rooms, excellent service.

Great Hotel BUT.... It's a great hotel but if any of you are looking to save some $$ then book it at referer.us/8/GoodHotelDeals They usually have some pretty good deals on there!

Awesome customer service. Stay here on business several months back and found this location the best so far in the chain. I have stayed at Hampton Inns across the country and none compare to this location. Friendly helpful staff. I asked about restaurants in the area and was given several great recommendations. One in particular was a little out of the way and one of the employees offered to have me follow him so that I would no problem finding it. Where else would you get that? (Did find it on my own.)

Hampton Inn & Suites is great. We stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites Raleigh Cary off of Interstate 40 at Exit 290 whenever we're here for the weekend. They've just renovated the rooms and lobby and it looks like new. They have free breakfast and high speed wireless internet access. If you're bringing in a small group of rooms like we do, the sales department can set up special rates. They also have whirlpool suites that we have used before.
