Bruegger's

They just don't care. After taking 25 minutes to make a bagel, it probably took so long since it seemed like the staff was in the back hiding from customers, I walked outside to see my car on the back of a tow truck. The service at Bruegger's was horrible. The food is great, but from the Manager down, it seemed like no one wanted to deal with the customers. The location is fine for college kids, but for working people, the parking is awful and do not dare park anywhere in the exact same parking lot if you do not see a sign specifically stating it is Bruegger's parking. I would avoid this location at all costs. Good note, I was able to threaten the tow operator with legal action if he didn't drop my car. He did, no cost.…
