An owner/operator with his customer's loyalty in mind..
I've used this car wash for three years now and only recently had a problem with a vaccum that malfunctioned. I had called the number on the door to inforn them of the faulty vacuum, not expecting to hear anything back from them. Though I lost only a small amount of money the owner of the facility called me within a week and offered a refund and a free wash token. Mr. Castleberry obviously knows how to run a business and keep his customers happy. I won't be looking for a new car wash facility anytime soon.
