This place is ridiculously good. I've seen some complaints about the service here but I have not experienced any problems here at all. Do yourself a favor and try it. You will never be the same.

Good food, good wine selection and big pours. I had a great experience here. The service has stepped up alot and the food is still amazing! I would recommend this place to anyone having dinner with a few friends and a few glasses of wine.

Great food, coffee, wine, and service!. Hot Point has always been a hidden gem, the new ownership has improved the place ten-fold. The bottom line is the food is amazing, the vibe is casual /relaxed, the value and service is great... I'd recommend it to anyone.

Great food, horrible service. I dined at Hotpoint on a recent Saturday evening. Only one waitress was on duty, which made for a loooooong dining experience. She told us to have a seat outside, then forgot we were there. We eventually went inside to place our orders. When the food finally came out, she delivered two plates (out of four) first, then made several trips in and out to help other tables. Finally, she delivered the remaining two plates. Those drinking beer were offered another round only once, and those drinking soda were never offered refills. Our check was never brought to the table, so we finally went inside to get it and pay.

The service at Hotpoint has never been great, but it has reached a new low. Which is unfortunate, because the food is great. I won't return until I hear service has improved.

diamond in the rough. We went to dinner here with my brother and his wife and they had all great things to say about the place. I live in Los Angeles and love to go out to eat so I am picky about the restaurants that I like. From the outside, the place looked like a waffle house, there is no decor inside, the waitress's "uniforms" match as well as the dinner settings and the plastic "pizza hut" cups they use for water threw me off a bit. But I must say, the food is so amazing. We all shared everything we ordered and all of it was so good I couldn't believe this place was serving it. Talk about a wonderful surprise! I will definitely be going back when I come to town.

Best sandwich in Cary!!!. My friend and I have been to Hot Point Deli numerous times and have thoroughly enjoyed our meals and service every time. The portions are huge, some times even enough for two people. The food is spectacular and the service, for what is expected, is wonderful. $9 may seem pricey for just a sandwich and drink, but the quality and quantity make up for it. Those who complain about the price should consider Panera or Quizno's for their meals, but you still end up paying about the same amount and you do not get nearly the freshness or portion size. All of Hot Point's food is made fresh upon order and bread and dough are made on location. Over all we must say that we are addicted to the phenomenal creations of Hot Point Deli, and will return regularly!!!!!!!

Best wine value in Cary. This place is great. Serge is happy help you. Outside dining is great here. So many different choices and all worth trying. They have the best wine value in the Triangle, too. You know how some restaurants you'll order a glass of wine and it arrives in a little skinny glass and you pay 6 or 7 ot 8 bucks? Not here. Your wine arrives promptly in a LARGE glass, no wimpy ones here. 5.50-6.50/glass.

Awesome Food. Great food, huge portions and very well priced --- Love everything from salad to pizza to sandwiches. Very family friendly and relaxed atmosphere. This place is like a hidden gem and I think that everyone should go there.

Cary Prices, Incredible food.. Maybe the owners at HotPoint should introduce a pricing scheme that involves paying after you take the first bite of your sandwich. They could double their income.

As it is now and upon my and my wife's first visit I almost walked out after seeing what passes in Cary as "affordable." Hot Point is expensive, as far as a sandwich place goes.

But take your first bite of ANYTHING on the menu and you'll forget being poor. Or at least, won't care.

So save up and splurge on a...sandwich?! It's worth it.

Great Food!. The food was wonderful and the prices were great! Our server was very attentive as well. We will definitely be back and recommend the Hot Point Deli to friends!
