I had not been to the dentist in years... – I completely expected him to fuss me out because I had not been to the dentist in five years, instead he was completely polite and understanding. He was not pushy about treatment, and he explained all of my options to me fully; I felt very well informed. He was absolutely the most professional dentist I have ever encountered. Also, the office staff was awesome!!!
Great Dentist – Dr Jeff is a GREAT dentist. His shots are as painless as they possibly could be and there is something comforting about the "headlock" he puts you in when doing work on your mouth. All the staff are VERY helpfull when it comes to making appointments, explaining payment options and maximizing your insurance benefits... I would def (and have) rec family and friends..
Nice Dentist & Nice Environment – My friend referred me to Dr. Jeff. I needed new veneers that were old. My smile now looks very young and natural. Dr. Jeff took the time to speak with me about all of my options and the final results, and I liked his ?open? approach. I have had a lot of problems in the past with doctors/dentists ?dumbing things down? and not giving me a full picture of what will be happening during a procedure. I believe that the staff also made sure I was always given full attention. The office is beautiful and has easy access to the city. I also noticed several bird feeders outside the windows - I had a nice couple of minutes wait time and I enjoyed watching a beautiful set of yellow finches ? which helped me to relax. I also thought that the staff gave me their full attention, they were friendly, and did not try to rush things.
Great dentist in beautiful office!!! – My dentist (for over a decade) and his staff are wonderful! Dr. Jeff is warm, friendly, and has a great sense of humor---which certainly is important for someone like me who is difficult to get numb and dreads any dental work. He and his assistant readily entertain my questions, make the whole process quick and painless (he wiggles my cheek so I don't feel the shot) , and give me confidence in thinking that not all dentists are sadistic jerks! He even has a machine that makes crowns
in the office so you don't have to have 2 appts- nice to save time.
I have only positive things to say about the front desk--they are knowledgeable, helpful and Michael is especially wonderful for scheduling procedures and remembering me.
I highly rec. them to anyone seeking excellent care in a clean, modern setting.
Not Worth the Money – I've had several dentists through my years...my experience here was the worst! Dr. Morrison was in the room for all of 1 minute and made so many recommendations for my mouth, I couldn't keep things straight. The best part of my cleaning and consultation was the hygenist's massage of my jaw to help my TMJ (I won't lie...the massage was amazing!). My husband left the office being told his teeth were so bad he'd have to come on every other month for a cleaning (the new dentist we have said his teeth were in great shape!). However, the staff was also difficult. Bugged me for months regarding a sky high bill...when I finally looked into my claim, I found that someone had mistakenly place my cleaning and my husband's cleaning on my own claim, so it looked like I'd had to sets of xrays and cleanings in one day. When I asked why I needed to pay for this up front when it wasn't my mistake...I was told I'd later receive a refund...I flat out refused and finally ended up with the proper bill of $60 and paid it. When I went to my new dentist, I found the new office had newer technology and more reasonable prices.
AVOID THIS DENTIST! – My dental visit with Dr. Morrison was the worst medical experience I have had in all of my years of going to doctors and dentists. He is quick to make drastic changes to your teeth without communicating with or gaining consent from his patients first. His lack of professional and personal skills makes for an unpleasant dentist visit. His loyal staff make the experience all the more disappointing, as they do not try to make up for his lack of compassion. I would strongly recommend against Dr. Morrison as a dentist of your choice.
