Fantastic!

My Kenmore washer stopped spinning with a wet load of towels in it. Sears couldn't come out for five days! I have two messy little boys! Kaiser was able to come within the hour. In under an hour, he replaced the leaking water pump and the clutch. For $194.50, my washer will last another 15 years! Sears would have charged me $129.50 just to show up.

I called at 1030 Saturday Morning Kaiser was at my house by 1130. Diagnosed, parts replaced and refrigerator back in service by 1230.

Good Honest Service

My refrigerator stopped cooling over the 4th of July weekend. I called them on Monday and the repairman was here first thing the next morning. He was very polite and professional. It's nice to find people like this for a change.
