Amazing Customer Service and Selection!!!. If you wanted the hottest shoes around then you want to go to Main and Taylor.

They have the best employees and customer service around.

I once you go Main and Taylor you don't go back.

Dismal customer service. When I realized after purchasing a purse at Main & Taylor that it was made of a synthetic material that I'm allergic to, I attempted to return it (unused, all tags attached) three business days later. I had no receipt and was rudely refused a store credit, being told that they could not take me at my "word." (uh, I've got this purse of which you still have several on your shelves and it's in a main & taylor logo bag with a main & taylor logo price tag.) Fortunately, I found my receipt later that day and returned the purse -- but there were no greetings or apologies when I walked back into the store. I will certainly never shop there again. I can find all of these products at other boutiques in Raleigh, where I'm treated civilly, or online.

Wonderful shoes!. Loved Main and Talor Shoes. The service was outstanding. Ask for Tracey, he was great! The shoes are very stylish and you can find comfortable, but stylish shoes. The shoes are on the higher price scale, but wonderful quality. It probably is not a shoe store for teenagers, but that's ok.

Best in shoes. If you are looking for great service look no further. I drive from Richmond to shop here. Caters to 25-65.

An old-school shoe store with a new sense of style.. In Short
Like the shoe store in the mall you used to frequent with your mother, this shop has the feel of a classic shoe salon. No blaring music or trendy salespeople. Just simply displayed, fashion-forward shoes and a seasoned crew bustling between stockroom and showroom.

Prefect Fit. Main and Taylor is a customer oriented, high-end shoe and handbag boutique. Wouldn't shop anywhere else for the perfect fit regardless of age.

The silver hair shoe store. Main & Taylor does not cater to anyone with a fashion mind. If you're a retiree than I see how it will appeal. Otherwise, there is nothing there for a young modern woman that has taste.
