Terrible customer service!. I have visited the store many times and the staff needs help in the customer service area! The clothes and accessories are fablous. However, the girls there are rude and snobby! I would much rather go to Uniquities Mix (they are nicer there!) or Nordstrom or saks.

Customer service needs help!. I have been a longtime shopper at Uniquities and recently have found that customer service has gone downhill. I've also noticed that their prices are a bit higher than other stores for the same items. Most of the time I find that the sales girls are chatting away with each other and can't even take the time to say hello or ask if you need help while digging through a heap of folded jeans looking for your size. I will shop elsewhere.

Pleasantly surprised. After reading the other reviews of terrible customer service at Uniquities, I was tempted not to go. But, since I've had no luck finding a great pair of jeans elsewhere, I decided to chance it. I'm glad I did. I was very pleased with the customer service. I was immediately greeted, then I sought out the clerk's help. I told her what I was looking for in a pair of jeans, and she began pulling pairs off the shelves. She checked on me several times while I was trying them on and offered honest opinions when asked. Overall, my Uniquities experience was a great one.

User review by samanthacoats. This is a good place if you know what you are looking for... the sales people do not care about you or care to help you because they know your probably going to buy. I do not think I will be going there anytime soon.

horrible service and horrible clothes. I have been a customer at Uniquities for over 6 years and I will never go back. The clothes are no longer impressive and neither is the sales staff. Up until a few months ago I still shopped there for denim and jewelery due to the excellent customer service however my trip in yesterday was the last trip for me. The sales staff knew nothing of their merchandise nor do they fit the standard that I thought UNIQUITIES upheld. I went to UNIQUITIES to avoid going to the mall and going in there yesterday i thought I was walking into a store at the mall. What has happened to this great place???

Chapel Hill sales staff wonderful!. I was hesitant about shopping at Uniquities after reading all the prior customer service reviews, but I was desperate due to an upcoming special event. I visited the Chapel Hill store and enjoyed *wonderful* customer service, with the sales associate very in tune with what worked for me and what didn't. (I also appreciated the fact that I did not have to look hip while shopping...I hate having to dress up to shop!)

So Nice!!. I just moved to NC from Pittsburgh, but have been visiting for years. I have been to this store before and really liked it. I was shocked to see such poor customer service reviews on citysearch. I was in the Raleigh store today and was blown away with great customer service. Everyone was so, super nice and although I did not purchase anything today, I was out wasting time, I do plan to return and do plan on making this store one of my favorites. It has such a nice selection of stuff and again the staff was so nice. It was wonderful to be treated so warmly in a new city. One sales girl even told me of some other cool places to shop down here. I look forward to returning, it reminds me of some of the cool designer stores in the 'burgh. I compliment the store!!

No Need to be So Snobby. I have shopped at Uniquities for over five years now, and it is true - the clothes are fabulous and you will not find a better selection of hot designer labels anywhere around Chapel Hill or Elon (Elon ladies - it is worth the trip). However, the sales staff is generally awful, especially at the Raleigh store. There is no need for them to treat smartly dressed girls w/ the disdain that they do (in fact, they shouldn't treat someone in sweats w/ disdain - she might have a black Amex in her bag). I know lots of people who have stopped going simply b/c the service is so bad, but, if you can handle being ignored and treated badly, then the clothes and bags are fantastic!

Great Store!. Wonderful designer clothing and great customer service. The girls were extremely helpful and knowledge about the merchandise. I'll be a regular customer!!
