Best Boutique in Raleigh by far!. Every time I go into Uniquities I always find the cutest new clothes and I'm always extremely satisfied. The girls who work there are so helpful and always help me find the best pair of jeans that fit my body! They always get in new stuff and they have so much to choose from that you can't help but find something you love every time you go in. I would definitely recommend Uniquities to everyone for anything they might be looking for.

Best Denim In the Triangle!. I recently went into Uniquities to buy a pair of denim and the help I received was so great that I left with three different pairs! The personalized help and attention I received made my experience so much easier, and I would recommend this store to anyone searching for the perfect pair of jeans!

Great Friendly Staff!. I always shop at Uniquities and have for years. I am saddened to hear people's negative reviews recently. I have to say that I always have a wonderful experience when shopping there. The young ladies that work their are always extremely helpful and have only provided me with great customer service. I actually just recently purchased some of my Christmas gifts there and the young lady that helped me pick out outfits was amazing. I do have to say that there merchandise is always on par and that I have never experienced anything below exceptional service. I hope that those of you who have posted negative reviews try again! I find their staff to be the most friendly and helpful staff of any boutique in the triangle!

snooty gossip queens. Take your business somewhere else, unless you enjoy these girls talking behind your back! I actually overheard them talking horribly about other people. I don't care who it was they were talking about, it was incredibly inappropriate, and I will not spend my money to have someone talk about me as soon as I walk out of the store! I shop at boutiques for a positive experience, and to support local business, but this is one local chain I will no longer shop at! I have spent a couple thousand there, and at the one in Chapel Hill, and I now regret giving them money just so that they can be ugly behind people's backs.

Made shopping Fun!. I can?t explain how helpful the sales people were. I was shocked and excited that they shared my enthusiasm for finding the perfect dress for my event. They went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied and found something I personally felt pretty in that fit my personality! Although finding something perfect wasn?t very difficult considering they have multiple pieces that caught my eye. There was nothing tasteless in sight. I would recommend this store to any fashionista. Also, the cute little personalized water bottles for shoppers is just another little addition that Uniquities provides to make sure they go over the top in customer satisfaction. I would recommend this store to anyone!

Trendy boutique, great customer service. I had the best experience shopping at Uniquities! The sales associates were extremely helpful and friendly. I appreciated how they were not at all pushy but instead they offered lots of honest suggestions and made me feel comfortable and happy with my decisions. The girl who helped me introduced me to a jean by a designer I had not tried before and now these jeans are my favorite!! The selection of vendors at this store is amazing. Everything is so cute and trendy...I wanted to buy it all! I had so much fun shopping there!!

Best Denim and Great Service. Uniquities is the only place I will shop for jeans; they have a large selection with various styles and current trends. I always have a great experience when I go there and I know that I will not leave disappointed. Their staff is really helpful! I went this past weekend looking for the new highrise wide leg jeans, and they suggested two pairs that fit me perfectly so I left with both. Finding jeans isn't always the easiest task, so it's nice to know there is a place I can go to always get helpful service.

Great selection, great customer Service!. Uniquites is the best boutique that I have shopped at in Raleigh.They have the largest selection of contemporary designers and a huge selection of denim. The staff does not hover over you as at other boutiques but are there to help you when you need it. I found a great dress to wear to a wedding and enjoyed their large dressing rooms. The salespeople were very helpful and brought me additional sizes to my dressing room as well as shoes to match. I would highly recommend this store!

WHY do people shop here?. I usually do not go to Uniquities because I can find everything they sell at Nordstrom, Saks, or Belk. I have been in quite a few times in the past- sometimes the staff was somewhat friendly, sometimes not, but when I went in not to long ago I decided that I will NEVER go there again. I was wearing a nice, Marc Jacobs outfit and I was still treated horribly. These girls act like the are so much better than you are and I think someone needs to break it to them that their $10/hr job doesn't make them better than the customers who make 3x what they make. The customers write your paycheck people! Learn real customer service.

Go to Nordstrom or Sacks where you'll be treated like a human being.. How about paying 200$ for a pair of designer pants and taking them home and realizing the zipper doesn't work correctly. So, you'd like to return them for store credit, right? You're not even asking for a refund. They won't take them back because it's day 17 and and the receipt says no returns after 14 days. There is NO excuse for the horrible customer service at this store. The clothes are cute and I'd love to wear all of them ... but I always come out feeling a little smaller because the sales staff acts like they are Heaven's present to the rest of us. If you're going to charge outrageous prices then you better match those prices with great customer service. I've been to this store about 5 times since I moved to the area, but after my 200$ no working zipper, I'll drive the extra miles to get to Nordstrom or Sacks, or actually I've found Belk now carries much of the same clothes.
