Do not live in Hedingham

Living in Hedingham was not pleasant! We had a lot of problems with noisy neighbors because you can hear right through the walls. The people let their dogs go to the bathroom all over your lawn and management does nothing about it. The majority of the problems were with the rental office staff. If you call the office, all you get is attitude and rude comments. They have ripped us off every chance that they got. When we moved out, we cleaned until the place was shining and they still claimed that it was "filthy" and they needed to charge us $200 for professional cleaning. This is such a scam!!! That is something that should be done regardless at their expense! Who wants to move into a townhouse that hasn't had a professional cleaning?

- Cons: office staff is RUDE / will rip you off, Noisy neighbors
