Short Staffed

I stopped going about a year ago because they were short-staffed and the wait for assistance on a Saturday could take over an hour while the staff took breaks. It's a shame because there is little competition in the area other than Salty Waters at South Point and Tropical Fish World near Durham Regional Hospital.
- Pros: Nice selection
- Cons: Poor customer service, odd hours.

This place is awesome. I have been to every fish store in the Raleigh area and NOBODY has treated me as good as these guys. I will never shop away from this store. I have had some problems with African Cichlids not getting along. A Red Zebra and a Electric Blue Ahli. I called up Fish Pros and the guy told me he would buy my fish for 5 dollars a piece. He never had seen these fish and offered 5 bucks. These two fish had some of the nicest colors of there kind and where full grown. I couldnt believe it. I spent over 50 dollars for both. Fish World offered me 20. I dont expect to get what I paid for them but Fish World was Fair. These people know how to treat customers. They are also very knowledgeable. I highly recomend this place. Thanks to Derek (mngr) for being fair and Matt and Adam for their knowledge.

- Cons: They are 15 mins from my house. Wish they were closer.
