Watkins Flowers of Distinction. I have been a customer of Watkins Flowers of Distinction for more then 26 years and I am always more amazed with each purchase, how much more creative and outstanding their arrangements are. I have yet to be anything, but absolutely delighted with every purchase I have made from them. It seems every time I send flowers for something, I am asked "where did you get them - who do you use". They really are amazing. I know I will be using them for a long time to come.

Perfect Wedding Florist. Watkin’s Flowers of Distinction did an amazing job on the flowers for my May 2009 wedding. So many of our guests commented on how beautiful the flowers were. Even the catering manager at our venue said that it was the best she had ever seen their site look, and they have had a large number of weddings there. Doug and his team did a great job of picking the right flowers, the right color combinations, and suggesting little details that I never would have thought of, but which made a huge difference. And the palms! Oh my goodness, they added so much. I completely put my trust in Doug and I was not disappointed. It truly was breathtaking. I recommend Watkins to anyone who wants the most beautiful and fresh flowers for their wedding or special occasion.

Best florist!. I have ordered flowers from Watkins on numerous occasions and they have always far exceeded my expectations. I have tried the big box companies that mail flowers or deliver through their own locations and the quality of Watkins far surpasses any of those. They have an amazing staff and I would easily recommend this place to anyone looking for floral arrangements. I have ordered both fresh cut and artificial flowers from Watkins and have been 110% satisfied every time!

Long time Watkins customer. Watkins Flowers of Distinction, on Capital Blvd, in Arthur Murray dance building, is the best place in town for your floral needs! I have been a customer for 8 years and every time that I send flowers or a gift baset, I am always pleased with the thought that goes into putting together the arrangement. The staff there is so helpful and creative! I've also purchased some silk arrangements for my home and I always get compliments from others about how fantastic they look. I've also been to two weddings that Watkins did and I was so impressed! If I ever get married, they will get my business without a doubt! The last few years I've made a point to go to their holiday open house and found some beautiful and unique Christmas decorations. I do an ornament exchange with my friends and the one that I brought from Watkins was everyone's favorite.

The owner has been in the business forever and they are a Raleigh staple. They should be your first choice if you are sending flowers or putting together a big event or doing some decorating!

Watkins Flowers are Wonderful. Recently I had a floral dilemma. It was one of my dear friend's birthday and I waited to the last minute to decide to order a floral arrangement. In a panic, I called Watkins Flowers and spoke with Kerri. Not only did she help me decide what to order, she assured me it would be delivered on time. And to alleviate my anxiety, she even sent me a photo of the arrangement. It was breathtaking-absolutely gorgeous. She was so kind and considerate. I will no doubt use Watkins Flowers for all my future floral services. Kudos to Kerri who patiently assisted me with my order!

terrible experance. We orderd from this business because the funeral home (where a dear friend of ours was) recommened this business. We stressed how important this friend was, and we wanted a very nice standing spray, (told them twice). We got the the funeral home, the spray looked like someone started it ,and never finished it. If I had been able to remove theflower without making a specital, I would have taken it our of view. We called the morning of the funeral talked with K--. she said let me look it up, they take pictures of each flower, and she would call back shortly, 3 1/2 hours later after funeral, still no call back. We called again K-- was out talked with J---.Business had to look up again..J--- stated that she felt the flower was considered masculine. (only grerenery with red carnations) horrable. I asked J--- if a dear friend of hers had passed away, would she have sent the very same flower ? The only answer I got from her was that was a masculine flower...I was completely embarrased and insulted with the product, and the uncaring service of the business. Asked a couple of our friend what they thought of that flower, they agreed with our thoughts not knowing that was the flower we sent. If the business (J---) had acted even concerned it would have not left such a bad feeling, we never asked for a reduced price or for our money to be refunded. Wejust wanted them to know that was not a good choice and we were unhappy. But very plain they did'nt care. Stay away unless you can see your order first.

Convenient place to get good flowers. I stopped by Watkins on my way home from work to pick up flowers for a dinner my husband and I were attending. I called before I left work and the flowers were ready by the time I got there. I'm very please with my experience with Watkins. I will continue to use them. Thanks Watkins!

Nice Flowers and Friendly Staff. Very nice store, lots of stuff to look at. Was helped by Barbara and she was wonderful. She helped me pick out the flowers I wanted. Will continue to shop there.

Georgous Valentines Flowers!. I am so please with Watkins. I walked in and got help right away. I needed to send flowers out of the state to my mom and I was in and out within 5 minutes! I picked out the flowers she would get in a beautiful crystal vase and added a box of truffles.

Beautiful Valentine's Day Arrangements. I stopped by to order my Valentine's day arrangement for my wife and what a selection Watkins had. There were about 15 Valentine's day arrangements to choose from and you could add anything you wanted too it so I added her favorite chocolate candy and a little stuffed animal.
