Great Experience. My overall experience with Fitness Concepts couldn't have been better! The sales staff was sincere, courteous and friendly. They seemed to be more interested in what our family needed rather than trying to sale us the most expensive product.

We had to wait a little bit for the product to come to our home, but it was definitely worth the wait. When they came to deliver our gym, the guys were professional and wanted to make sure we were happy with the purchase. We had to fit it into a small space and they worked extra hard to make sure it fit. If you're planning to buy any type of exercise equipment, we highly recommend Fitness Concepts.
