Best prices for great food. I have loved this restaurant ever since we first came across it when we were looking for an Italian restaurant. I always get one of the pasta dishes, and the price for an entire meal (the entree, small salad, bread, and occasionally appetizers) is unbeatable.

The only 2 downsides are it's near a bad neighborhood, even though nothing has ever happened to us or our car, and no loiterers hang around the restaurant. Don't come if you don't like tomato based sauces, they don't serve alfredo sauce.

Always good. Best Philly style cheesesteaks in town. Get one with pizza sauce on it!

Best kept secret in town.. Best place in town for simple Italian dishes...great sauce, I have tried other places, but Romas serves a great serving of pasta for a fair price. We have been going there for many years. They are special family people.

Consistently good. Though there are a lot of nice Italian takeout places in North Raleigh, few are close enough to order from if you live in SE Raleigh. This is about twenty minutes from SE Raleigh, and the food is consistently good. The owner is nice and puts love into his food. Their pizza is genuine NY style, and their appetizers and entrees are also very good. What's more, their prices are much more reasonable than other good Italian places in the area.

MamaMia. Pizza is one of the best around Raleigh. Owner is supper nice and very friendly.
