Great Chinese Food. I just visited New China for the first time tonight. First thing, go pick up your own darn food. Delivery may be nice but the price for delivery is far too much-and then by the time the food gets to you, you are not hungry anymore. Anyway, don't let the strip mall locale fool you into avoiding New China express. My entree was hot, veggies crisp, and it was money well spent. Don't let these other reviews fool you. I hope New China Express sticks around, I will go back.

Customer Service Very Lacking. Tonight was the first time I ordered from this restaurant. The Asian woman that took my order over the phone was severly lacking in any type of customer service communication. She sounded like she was sorely put out by taking my order, had no enthusiasm and was, for lack of a better word, rude. When I called back immediately to edit my order, she answered the phone with "yeah?". The food came promptly for delivery, the driver was very nice and I tipped him appropriately. The food was typical - not bad, not great, healthy portions, actually okay. Will I call again - probably not.

Terrible Customer Service, and average food. This place use to be great, I don't know happened.

The last time I called this place to put in an order for delivery the woman on the phone was not very attentive, she was taking my order and yelling at someone else in a foreign language (I would assume Chinese) and she had to ask for my order over and over again. I told her numerous times it was TWO SEPARATE orders but at the end she still gave me one total. She never asked for my name, and it was being deliver to my work, so when the delivery guy arrived he stood around for ten minutes, while the front desk tried to figure out who ordered the food. My order was all wrong when it got here, to top it all off. I didn't even bother to call back and attempt to complain as they didn't even care when I was giving them business. You can guarantee I will not be ordering from here again and I will be sure everyone at my work doesn't either, and I work in a call center of over 100 people.

From something to nothing.... Sighs. New China Express used to be an establishment dedicated to producing quality food. Since it was turned over to new owners, the quality has suffered greatly. Not only does the food oftentimes taste disgusting, but the staff seems incapable of ever getting my order right. I like these people, but I've frankly had enough. Good bye....

Below average food, terrible communication and customer service. We will not order from this restaurant again. I explained my order in detail over the phone and the employee repeated it back to me. However, it still was wrong when it arrived. When I called to complain (somewhat nicely), he hung up on me. Furthermore, the food that we did receive was below average.
