My favorite lunch spot in Raleigh.
This is my favorite place to have lunch in Raleigh...although I can't stop calling it 'Logan's'. The food is great, the owner always greets customers with a smile on his face, and I get to shop while I wait for the husband or friends to show up. If you go, try the chicken salad on a croissant. If you're a burger person, my husband says they're the best in town.
Best Lunch Spot in Raleigh.
Seaboard Cafe is my favorite lunch spot in Raleigh, hands down! Their speciality chicken salads are amazing! I usually check their website daily for specials to determine if I need to make a dash to pick something up. If you have time to dine in, the atmosphere is great as it is tucked inside the middle of Logan's nursery. Also, the owner is always super nice as is the staff!
This place has the best potato salad I have found in town. It is also very pleasant to eat among the plants of the nursery next to the cafe. However, its prices are a little high, and it's annoying that it closes so early when the nursery is still open.
Best lunch around!.
I can't count the number of years that I have been going here for lunches with friends and family. There are wonderful fresh salads with the best grilled chicken. The kids LOVE the burgers and the soups and chili are always creative and fresh. The cranberry walnut cookies and pumpkin & cranberry muffins are SOOOOOO good. This is such a hidden treasure in Raleigh - located in the back of Logan's Trading Company in the Seaboard Shops. The staff is ALWAYS friendly and the atmosphere is like your outdoor patio. Kids are welcome and lots to choose from for them on the menu. Watching your weight - not a problem here with the choice of salads and light sandwiches. I've even taken student groups here and they loved it . AND now they do catering and box lunches too. The prices are great too - especially for the quality of the food.
A sunny haven in Seaboard Station caters to the bustling lunch crowd.. In Short There are a few key elements that add up to a perfect lunch spot: good service, a friendly atmosphere with lots of windows, and a menu featuring so many options that you could swing by daily and not get tired of the same old sandwich. This busy cafe, located in Logan Trading Company, fits the bill just fine--which is why Raleigh's downtown lunch crowd flocks here for veggie sandwiches on sunflower bread and fresh muffins.
a welcome oasis.
Though we now live out of town, every time we go back, we make a point to stop in at our favorite lunch stop- The Seaboard Cafe. Always wonderful food, excellent service and some of the best people-watching available, all served in an oasis of open air, verdant greenery and garden delights. Stop in here to recharge your battery after a hectic work week, you 'll always leave satisfied and refreshed.
