Well Informative and educated.. Most people do not realize that pet stains and odors will not wash out. Depending on the value of your area rugs. Ace provides an enzyme treatment that is well worth the prices they offer.

Based on my experience with Ace. I have an option to mask the smell with a deodorizer or have a full pet treatment done. I even purchased an at home enzyme treatment to do myself. Vary effective.

This is the best place for having your rugs and in home carpets cleaned. The prices are slightly higher than average, but you do get what you pay for. They are family owed and operated and are not in the business of misleading their clients.

Work with these people and get the best treatment possible. No other will compare.

Greatful Client. As I stood in the showroom waiting to be assisted. I heard another customer saying how grateful they were for the reminder phone call and status update. She only comes in to town once or twice a month from Topsail Beach. Rugs were ready as promised.

Rug Repaired and Cleaned. Ace cleaned my rug and repaired the fringe. It looks brand new. They were easy to work with. I highly recommend.

Great customer service. Delivered to my sisters house and stored the rugs for about 3 months until I was ready to pick them up. Stains from my elderly father-in-law were a memory after ACE cleaned. Thanks, you guys rock. Now my husband doesn't know that I spilled coffee on our new Persian rug. Got to get you to clean this one too! Great job and I am sure I will use you for many, many years.

Prompt, Courteous and Professional.. Ace Rug Cleaning Company was prompt, courteous and professional. They explained everything about cleaning, maintaining the carpets and keeping stains from coming back. They did a great job. I will use them in the future and recommend them to family and friends

Best Rug Cleaners in the Triangle. Very friendly family owned business.

Found that the staff was very imformative and down to earth. If you want to deal with business owners who care about their customers then you should definitely try Ace Rug!

Will ONLY use Ace in the future. Love using a local businesses and when working with Ace, you deal with the owner!! They are very friendly, knowledgeable, and their prices are competitive. They do what they say they are going to do and they only accept perfection. They are honest and truly CARE and take pride in the work they do. In the future, I will only be using Ace Rug Cleaning!!!

Wouldnt Go Anywhere Else. I had received a few quotes to have the carpets in my home professionally cleaned. After speaking with the owner - yes the owner of Ace and receiving a very competitive quote I knew I wanted to keep my business local.

They showed at the exact time they said they would and their employees were respectful, kind and very professional.

I am now looking forward to the holidays thanks to everyone at Ace Rug.

If you ever need any rugs or upholstery cleaned I would highly recommend contacting Ace Rug. Their customer service and fair pricing is bar none.
