The people at Ace couldn't have been nicer during our recent house renovation. They picked up our rugs (including one under the piano!), cleaned them, and cut new rug pads. Then, when the construction had been completed, they delivered them and, yes, put them down on the new pads and under the piano. Everything looks wonderful. We couldn't ask for more and recommend their services highly.

I purchased my Karastan rug from an antique store that had been walked on and was showing some areas I wasn't sure would come clean, but that was all erased. Thank you so much for such a professional job. It looks fantastic! I wished I would have taken a before and after picture.

I hired Ace Rug in Raleigh to fix a patch of carpet that my dog had dug up. Incredible service from the get-go. The receptionist was extremely helpful with identifying my needs and quoting a price. I emailed her pictures of the damage and she knew exactly what I needed. The workers showed up early (always a plus), and got the job done in 30 minutes. They swept and vacuumed and were very courteous ... great people to call for carpet repair.

The gentleman that came to clean our carpet did a fantastic job! He was professional, courteous, took his time, and got out stains that I thought would never come out. Ace will be the only carpet cleaning company in Raleigh to clean our carpets and rugs going forward.

Great Job. I've had them clean both my carpets & my wool oriental rugs. They look fabulous. Run don't walk. You won't regret it. Great customer service and great prices.

Ace Rug Cleaning is the best. I can't recommend them highly enough. This company's personnel understand customer service. We were dog sitting for our grand-dogs and they got sick all over our area rugs on the weekend. I called two local carpet dealers who recommended Ace very highly. As soon as I called on Monday morning I knew I was in good hands. Jennifer explained how the cleaning process would work, the cost based on size and answered all my questions. She made several suggestions because of the nature of the problem. We were very satisfied with the results and would highly recommend them.
