Chef Rameaux will show you how to pass a good time, yeah!
by starausty
I love Chef Rameaux's! The Chef will work with you to make your party great. If mscherwinski wasn't getting what s/he wanted s/he should have spoken up! Chef Rameaux wants you to have a good time, and it shows!
Definitely try the Catfish Rameaux. Wow.
Good Food but not hands on cooking class
by mscherwinski
We had a group go for an night out and expected a hands on cooking class, after all that's what it's called. Instead, Chef Rameaux just demonstrated and we all passively watched. If that's what you are looking for, you will be disappointed. If you are just going for the food... I can't complain about that, it was really good.
- Pros: food
- Cons: not a hands on cooking class at all
Chef R is CAJUN-don't miss BANANAS FOSTER
by lindyrex
If I didn't know better, I'd think I was in the Big Easy. Chef Rameaux's food is fabulous, he's "Justin Wilson" reborn. His wonderful cajun accent, jokes, and recipes are not to be missed. The bananas foster is the best! This is a great place for a down-home, genuine experience. There's nothing like it in Raleigh.
- Pros: taste, atmosphere
- Cons: notoriety
