Update: They did fix my garage door opener (replaced under warranty) and I was satisfied with their work. The technician was great, very friendly. It just took a while. Finally I got over feeling mad at them and so I've come back to update the review. They did ok overall. It took 3 weeks to get them out to fix it. Maybe it's not normal for them, I don't know.

Poor service after the sale. Been waiting 2 weeks. They finally returned my call and set up an appointment and didn't show up. I'd look elsewhere for a garage door company.

Service Above and Beyond. We had a great experience with Wayne Dalton. We were referred by our handyman who told us this company could install a garage door cheaper and better than he could. He doesn't do this usually.

Todd was very friendly and helpful. When delivery was postponed, he gave us a price break. Plus, he sent an employee out to "fix" our old door when had recently stopped operating. Our old door was in very bad shape and it took quite some time to get it working but it lasted until the new door was installed. Very cooperative folks and professional. Highly recommend.

Poor quality garage door and expensive and poor service. Wayne Dalton installed the garage door on my newly built home in Feb '06. I have had them come out and repair it every 12 months since then. The reason is they installed a 7 ft. door on 8ft tracks and did not do this right. Each time the door retracts and does not shut and they have never found a permanent fix to the problem. Now the door has started to develop a crack and I will have to eventually replace it.

Please do not buy Wayne Dalton doors.

Wayne-Dalton of Raleigh has outstanding customer service!. The folks at Wayne-Dalton of Raleigh are just the absolute best! Their service is over the top. I phoned them with a problem, my husband out of town and I know NOTHING about garage doors. The guys walked me through everything over the phone, never made me feel stupid, and solved the problem! No service call required.

Friendly, respectful, kind, and honest.

The best.
