Excellent Customer Service. Excellent and helpful customer service. The service desk manager is extremely helpful and car knowledgable. Plus they beat the price (big time) given by the dealership for repairs. The car is running great.

Good Service. I had a good experience at the Raleigh location, it was worth the drive for me. Prvios mechanic that worked on my car melted one of the tubes that coolant goes through. They fixed it and were friendly. The only con is I returned a part I ordered that I didnt need. I got 2 phone calls later that week that my part was in and to come pick it up.
