Ok, but IHOP is better.
This location is in need of a makeover, sort of run down looking. Food was ok, prices ok, crowded with lots of families. Nothing special that would make me want to go back to a Perkins again over IHOP. At least with IHOP, most of the locations are nice looking and they have their specialties that will make you want to seek them out again.

Great Service and Great Food.
My husband and I decided to try Perkins on a whim - WOW! We will never again eat at an IHOP if there is a Perkins within 20 miles. The waitress was very prompt and efficient - she was friendly, but not overly friendly as so many waiters and waitresses are nowadays. The food was amazing - my order was too much for one sitting - and the price was surprisingly reasonable.

COLD FOOD,small PORTIONS AND POOR service!.
Cold french toast, hash brown servings the size of a silver dollar pancake and the server with a smart allec mouth.I asked the server if the portions for the hash browns were normal she stated "I don't do the cooking and walked away. She then told the manager on duty that we have a customer who is complaing about our portions. This happened '10 feet away but in front of me.The manager said that's what they are and as he made eye contact with me he walked away.I have been to many Perkins restaurants through out the U.S.
I have received hot food, good portions and great service in the those establishmnets,That's why I was quite shocked today.
If you like small portions, cold food , poor service and smart mouthed staff then this is the place for you!
