Coats Auto Body

Outstanding fit and finish. My Lexus was in an accident during a recent rain and since I have Geico they let me choose my auto body repair shop. After reading reviews I chose Coats and was glad I did. After about a week I got the car back in impeccable condition, completely fixed and detailed. The fit and finish is as good as, or better, than when I took it in. Since it's a Geico Xpress shop, they have a Geico rep and Enterprise rental agent on site. All parties were professional and courteous and got me in and out in no time. Kudos to all on a job well done.…

VERY VERY impressed with Coats.. My 06 caravan was damaged to the tune of about $1200. My very trusted mechanic recommended two auto body companies. I contacted the first one and was happy until I called him to ask a few questions. He told me he didnt have time to answer my questions and hung up. I called Coats. Everyone there takes their job and my vehicle very seriously. I never felt rushed off the phone or like I was bothering anyone when I called. I took my van in on a sunday night. Used the key drop system. They got started with my vehicle first thing monday morn. They dealt with the insurance so I didnt have to on xtra charges and had my vehicle ready for me wed afternoon. Very very impressed with Coats. I will use them again and I recommend everyone to their welcome doors.

So easy and so fast!. My car was hit in a parking lot, luckily I knew who did it and they were happy to have it repaired. Still it's a pain to have to deal with. I went to Coats Auto Body and could not have been happier with the entire experience. The shop is so clean and the people are all so nice. They made everything so easy for me, I barely had to think! They open early so dropping off my car did not interfere with work, and my car was ready a day early! Everything went just as they said it would, I didn't have to pay one cent, and I think my car looks even better now than it did when I bought it new! They even vacuumed and dusted the inside! (it was badly needed too!) I highly recommend Coats Auto Body!…
