Best Bar!. Clearly "worriedman", you should be more worried about the "man" you are not, than the bar. Because Flex is a great place to be! You are either an idiot, or just very young. Life is way too short to be so judgemental. When you are older, or wiser, you will find that the best place to be is where there are all sorts of life. All of the labels that you find so easy to throw around will one day become transparent.

Now! Flex is a great bar for open-minded people who find fulfilment in all different walks of life. Afterall, isn't that what being gay is all about? If you are looking for a place to meet great people, sit and have a drink, or laugh until you wet, you have found it. Flex is where we found it! We are from SC and we will be back. Thanks Flex for a great time!

Into the night a crowd of International Male model types rock to the techno beat.. In Short
Make your way down the steep stairway, and you'll feel as if you're entering a dim dungeon. But fear not. Flex's friendly clientel prefers dancing (and pool--there are two tables) to whips and chains. The absence of an official dance floor seems not to matter. Dark faces attached to studly trunks fade in and out as a flashing red strobe and video monitors fuel a kind of manic energy.

Awesome Place to Hang. Im not sure what this other guy was talking about, but I like to think of Flex as the neighborhood bar, kind of like a Cheers type. There is always a varied clientele including young and old, man and woman, twink and bear. Monday is good for cheap drinks, while Karaoke on Tuesday is good for cheap thrills. You can line dance on Wednesday or play Pool in a tourney on Friday. Thursday is THE night to be there, Trailer park trash comedy drag has been around for years. Saturday is your alternative night. If you dont want bears or leather, go to legends. Flex has been a staple in my night going for years and will continue to be.

Dirty, nasty, bear bar. This festering sore of a bar is the place that I wouldn't even recomend to an X-boy friend. It is a breeding ground for STD's, and the crowd is cruisey. A lot of desperate old men and strange people. Trailer Park Trash, the Thursday show is the only thing worth seeing, but the bar is as big a joke as the show.
