In Short – Havana Deluxe may have started as the original Raleigh cigar bar, but its popularity endures because it's a real bar's bar. Come in the front door and descend a small staircase, which seems appropriate as it's the sort of place where it's nice to make an entrance. If you're with a group, the comfortable couches and chairs are just right. Large boxes of industrial-sized matches are indicative of the bar's smoker-friendly nature.

I have been frequenting Havana Deluxe since I moved to Raleigh in the early 2000's. Same great place and their beer list has improved greatly.

Mike is the best bartender in town...and the rest of the crew is not half bad

Wether you crave a perfectly poured Guiness or the best martini this is the place. You'll feel at home right away and there is always a quite corner with comfy seating for getting together with a few of your favorite people.
- Pros: best bartender in town
- Cons: sometimes have to park somewhere else and walk but well worth it!

GREAT place to wind down and decompress after work. A real 5 O'Clock bar with a friendly staff. Can be smokey, but it is a cigar bar.

I love this place when its just time to relax. Dont get me wrong I like the club scene to but during the week I love this place. It is great place for dates or just friends who want to talk and not be annoyed. The martinis and the bartenders who make them are wonderful.
