I can't say enough good things about them. They saved from wedding after my first wedding dress fell through. I got my dress in 3 weeks and their alterations person, Marina did my dress in the matter of hours. She was AMAZING. Dresses are expensive, but I this case SO worth the money I spent. Kathy, Shannon and everyone was so great. I LOVE THIS PLACE and its very nice inside.

Victorian Rose employees were always very polite, curteous, and helpful in me getting my wedding dress. I was able to get my dress, veil, sash, and jewelry from them and they were patient and helpful in picking all of these things out. A little pricy in some things but I felt the cutomer service was great. I wish I would have gotten my bridesmaid dresses their instead of another store.

I had a wonderful experience at Victorian Rose. My consultant was great and helped me find the perfect dress which came in ahead of schedule. The dresses at Victorian Rose are beyond beautiful and they have something for everyone.

I went to Victorian Rose to search for my bridal dress because they carried Marisa Bridals, and I loved that brand. I found their staff very helpful, especially Karen. After trying on several dresses, I finally found the one. They let me alter and add a few things, making sure my dress looked just as I had envisioned it. Since I was flying from Cleveland to Raleigh, it was difficult to get appointments for fittings, but Karen and her team accommodated my family and I wonderfully, and they even steamed and cleaned my dress after I had my bridal portraits taken outside. This is a small boutique, but they do have many classic and elegant styles, so it's worth looking at when you're dress shopping.

I had a really nice experience with Victorian Rose Bridals, especially the sales manager Shannon. She was so nice and had really helpful suggestions. The best part was my fittings for sure. The seamstress is a miracle worker and also was full of helpful hints and suggestions. You can buy a dress anywhere but the people are what really make a difference. I even had a freak out moment about my dress and they were wonderful while I changed my mind numerous times, very patient!

I have nothing but kind words for this store. They were flexible with my schedule (making late appointments) and were always kind and helpful. The seamstresses knew exactly what to do to make the dress fit perfectly. I fell in love with one of the less expensive dresses in the store and was never treated any differently because of it. I was complimented multiple times by staff on the fit and look of the dress. It was a wonderful experience.

I really loved my dress! It was customized for me and they did great work on the alterations. The two seamstresses were great. I did have a hiccup in the beginning where I asked a manger to tell me exactly how much all of the alterations I wanted done would cost and later I found out she hadn't told me the truth. However, the store manager made everything right. Great service!

I recently bought my gown from victorian rose bridals and got married out of the country. They were very professional and helped me up to the end. Dorleen, the new seamstress is wonderful! I was very picky and she made sure everything was perfect and fit me like a glove. I will refer any of my friends there.
